Job Summary
Marketing Assistant handles with the day-to-day administration of the marketing
team, including clerical tasks and marketing activity. Ensure the smooth running
of the team by operational processes, responding to incoming enquiries, and
fielding requests from other divisions within the business.
As part of Latin America Regional Marketing, the associate is responsible to be
part of the development of the Annual Marketing Plan and Annual Marketing Budget,
based on key global corporate objectives, portfolio of products and services,
market size and segments, understanding of market applications, regional
campaigns, market demand, market dynamics, and customer satisfaction.
Provide external focus on customer needs following brand awareness and protection.
Develop, support, and enable Marketing actions focusing on Indirect Sales force
following regional requirements and brand protection. Develop and manage
Distributor Portal Learning Plan and commercial activation.
Development and monitoring of Digital activation on Latin America Region using
different digital automation tools, web site, paid media, webinars, and social
media.
Support the organization and enablement of internal and external
Events/Congresses.
All actions based on the relationship with the customer to provide an important
level of partnership, providing not only solutions, products, and services, but
also a strong and sincere connection with the company. Alignment with the
Commercial, Products, Operations and Services teams, improving synergies,
strategies, and achievement of results.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or last year of graduation in
marketing/Communications/Publicity.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Digital skills in development of Landing pages, e-mail marketing and social media.
MARKETO/KNAK.
Experience in SFDC (Sales Force CRM System).
IT skills, including using spreadsheets to analyses data and creative software to
design visual content.
Organizational skills.
Commercial awareness.
Indirect sales Marketing experience desired.
The ability to analyses data and spot trends.
Adaptability.
Creative skills, including writing, design, and video editing.
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting
with associates, partners, and customers.
Good teamworking skills.
Numerical skills, including compiling and analyzing spreadsheets.
Experience in Congresses and Events.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Regional Marketing on the field supporting Customers, Commercial, Products,
Operations and Services teams.
Support overall Marketing operations needs (invoices, purchase processes, IPP and
others).
Marketing development and support to Distributors.
Digital approaching by creating campaigns and monitoring by website, social media,
and overall digital automation (in case of Cytiva MARKETO and KNAK).
Contributing with marketing campaigns. Provide Lead generation.
Support marketing content in local language (Spanish and Portuguese).
Support congresses and events.
Assisting with promotional activities.
Liaising with customers/external agencies.
Be part of the development of Latin America Marketing Plan.
Supports overall Marketing operational needs.
