GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:
The Customer Experience area focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and
loyalty. Its main deliverables include customer journey mapping, feedback
analyses, and implementing strategies to improve interactions at every touchpoint
with our farmers, driving retention and advocacy.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Ensure that all online and offline brand activation initiatives (including
advertisements, events, promotional materials, sponsorships) in market are
consistent with brand guidelines and integrated with Bayer strategy.
Identify opportunities to develop new alternative communication channels in
Brazil.
Use data driven analysis provided by the region to manage country marketing
investments guaranteeing proper payed and non-payed media balance to each
brand/initiative and closely manages marketing provisions for campaigns and
loyalty programs.
Capture the direction on brand strategies, marketing communications resourcing and
prioritization provided by the regional team. Provide clear feedback to the
regional team to support the development of our strategy.
Lead the activation of the strategy in all regions, brands and business creating
the activation plan and allocating the proper resources and targeting Bayer KPIs
to reach our objectives.
Lead the relations with external agencies and other suppliers, developing a
competitive and high-quality group of services providers with the ability to
support and challenge Bayer to innovate and communicate our value proposition.
Lead, develop and encourage an integrated Bayer approach on products activation
plans, national and local events, and relationship/loyalty programs assuring that
we are on track with our strategy, taking advantage of our business synergies and
constantly enhancing customer experience.
Closely work with Lauch team to implement the defined roadmap and guideline
related to the branding strategy of prioritized brands, providing feedback and
sharing the local reality supporting the design of our strategy.
Cascade down the communication plans to strengthen customer centricity through
digital marketing and social media, while ensuring compliance with corporate
standards and guidelines according to regional definitions. Ensure the digital
marketing strategy is reflected into the country brand activation plan.
Lead an integrated approach with GTM, Campaigns, Loyalty & Experiences, Services,
Food Chain, Digital, Field Marketing
to support the consolidation of an omni channel unique customer experience.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?
University degree (Publicity, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering)
Mandatory.
Solid background in marketing and communication strategy and execution -
Mandatory.
Advanced English (Speaking, reading, and writing) Mandatory.
Live in São Paulo and be available to go to the office whenever necessary
Mandatory.
Ability to translate data into information and insights through modern
technologies.
Strong Analytical and Communication skills
Influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the country level on business
decisions.
Project management skills and ability to manage various priorities and
stakeholders.
Understanding of the interrelationships between financial goals, customer driven
decisions and market specifics.
Collaborating in a matrix organization.
