We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager, Affiliates to
support Codas Affiliate program. As the Marketing Manager, you will be
responsible for maintaining and growing our Affiliates program by engaging and
recruiting more partners, while continuously supporting your lead in optimizing
the program to increase performance overall. The ideal candidate should have a
proven track record of successfully implementing Affiliate programs and customer
acquisition strategies, and have a deep understanding of digital marketing
channels.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Affiliate Lead to identify opportunities, plan and execute
activation and optimization efforts to effectively grow the program, especially in
LATAM.
Identify, recruit, and review new affiliates through various channels including
affiliate marketplace, search engine, social networks, online advertising,
conferences, etc.
Execute day-to-day operations of the affiliate program including but not limited
to managing affiliate applications and contracts, deployment of creative assets,
monitoring affiliates performances, maintaining communication between partners,
etc.
Address affiliates inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Monthly report generation for various stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with different teams from business development, design,
brand marketing, finance, regional and global marketing teams to continue growing
the affiliate channel and ensure the program runs smoothly.
At least 2 years of affiliate marketing experience.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, etc.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and presentation skills.
Data-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven.
Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing
reports, etc.
A strong understanding of the Latin American market.
