Connect all disciplines such as sales, consumer insights, evaluation, perfumers, etc in one strategy / creative idea / proposition; Responsible for leading strategic initiatives, providing expertise in fine fragrance, market business insights, trends and other diverse content to other teams, contributing to the expansion of Symrises business in the region; Bring knowledge and insights to Symrises proactive strategic initiatives and customer projects, anticipating, analyzing and interpreting trends, consumer information and market dynamics (brands and launches); Creatively articulate insights into business opportunities, conceptualize viable ideas into attractive solutions that promote Symrise competencies stimulating business generation; Communicate ideas and solutions in a clear and engaging way, providing meaningful and memorable experiences; Articulate Symrise values and competencies at all points of contact to implement the strategic marketing roadmap, align with the local commercial team, generating new commercial opportunities; Support younger talents in their self-development by providing opportunities to increase their mark; Solid experience in previous B2B, B2C or Advertising Marketing; solid knowledge of marketing methods and tools; Bachelors degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication; desirable MBA or equivalent academic title; Technical and category knowledge about the market or area designated for the function; Strong communicative skills for presentation to smaller and larger audiences; Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude; Ability to lead by influence; Fluent/Advanced English and Spanish (writing and speaking); Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with digital, especially social media is a differential; Willingness to travel; Become part of our open and transparent culture.
