Tania Bulhões is a fast-growing designer brand from Brazil specializing in high-end living, dining, and entertaining products for the home.In 2022, we received a growth investment from private equity firm Treecorp, which helped us expand to 38 stores and achieve a 42% sales CAGR in the last 5 years. The following year, we built a startup under our brand and ventured into the U.S. market. We set up a fulfillment center in Miami and launched our online store, taniab.com. After achieving exciting results, were establishing a Manhattan office/showroom and strengthening our New York and São Paulo teams. What you will do Brand awareness (top-of-the-funnel)- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the NY PR to raise brand awareness in New York;- Align marketing efforts with overall brand objectives, guidelines, and storytelling. Product placement, seeding, and gifting- Work closely with the NY PR to identify product placement, seeding, and gifting opportunities;- Coordinate the execution of these activities with the PR agency and operations team. Owned/paid media- Create compelling and relevant content across ecommerce, social media, and paid media channels;- Plan and execute paid media campaigns, including press releases, sponsored content, and native advertising. Strategic wholesale- Actively identify and establish commercial relationships with leading US tableware boutiques;- Seek and develop wholesale opportunities for home scents across the United States. What you may do in collaboration with the: Digital lead- Help manage affiliate programs through the NY PR or influencer platforms such as GRIN or impact.com;- Source and onboard affiliates and develop promotional materials and incentives. Performance marketing lead- Help execute performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads on social media and gift guides on press;- Coordinate the production of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling. What you bring - Based in São Paulo with up to 4 business trips per year to the U.S.  fluent in English;- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;- 3-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand marketing and execution;- Experience working with PRs on product placement, seeding, gifting, owned/paid media, and affiliates;- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;- Nice to have: specialized knowledge in luxury retail and high net-worth clientele.
