Join KTO as a Marketing PMO and play a pivotal role in managing marketing projects, ensuring seamless alignment between all stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, deadlines, and deliverables, using tools such as Jira and Trello. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Finance leader. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage marketing projects at KTO, ensuring perfect alignment among all involved parties. Ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing projects, utilizing tools like Jira and Trello. Proactively engage in project management and planning, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Finance leader. Lead the setup and execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to processes and deadlines. Communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English, verbally and in writing. Adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances and challenges, maintaining discipline in project execution. Utilize experience in marketing processes to drive project success. Any other duties as required. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Proven experience in managing high-complexity projects, especially in marketing. Strong organizational skills with a focus on process execution and deadline adherence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with unpredictabilities. Familiarity with marketing processes and best practices. Experience in iGaming companies is a plus.
