We are looking for an Operations DevOps Engineer II who will Supporting code deployment releases and promotions within test and production environments Perform product installation and configuration with some troubleshooting assistance from others in ARM Operations Monitor Ascendon ARM solutions production, customer test, and internal environments for function and performance Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Install, configure, and upgrade third-party products and open-source solutions Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity Document operational and system architecture processes and configuration and identify automation opportunities where applicable Participating in the ARM Operations 24x7 on-call rotation schedule Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Software, or Telecommunications) or a related field. Minimum 2 -3 years experience with development and release processes Experience working with AWS, RDS database (Oracle, MySQL) Experience configuring, managing, and upgrading servers and software Experience with Software development experience on Linux platforms in common scripting languages (Perl, Python, Groovy, Ruby, bash) Proficient in English in a business environment Our Guiding Principles Impact: Always help and empower others, whether theyre colleagues or customers.
