Define growth initiatives and opportunities and reporting to the Head of Latin America O&A Issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication Report on performance and targets to senior management of DB when required Comply with all risk guidelines and conduct guidelines of the bank to foster culture and ethics within DB and with regulators How Youll Lead Experience in working with senior level management maintaining confidentiality Work collaboratively with Coverage, O&A, GEM/FIC Rates teams to offer multiple products and solutions to clients Provide mentorship and guidance to the deal teams on: setting appropriate project initiatives; executing pitches to prospective clients; maximizing sector penetration and returns; ensuring overall successful transactions are undertaken in an efficient manner; and developing junior members of the team to accelerate their careers Identify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas, and through the monitoring of productivity against benchmarks Ensure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigated Create a positive, effective work environment conducive to open communications, taking initiatives, and collaborative problem-solving team culture Skills Youll Need Extensive experience as an Investment Banker Experience covering clients across Latin America Expertise in financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies Performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitches Robust knowledge of all investment banking products Skills That Will Help You Excel Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree Portuguese, English languages Expectations It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Sao Paulo office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.
