About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager Jr to join our team. The Partner
Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Strategic Partnerships
with Paid Media Marketplaces and Financial Companies, driving revenue growth, and
ensuring successful integrations with the VTEX platform to service our clients.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly analytical, and able to
collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy for Global Paid Media, Financial and Marketplace
Alliances, including identifying new partners, negotiating contracts, and managing
existing partnerships;
Work closely with other teams within VTEX, including Product, Marketing, and
Sales, to ensure alignment and collaboration on partnerships and initiatives;
Drive insights for other VTEX Growth teams about relevant payment alliances for
our merchants;
Develop partnership standards and guidelines for all regions, ensuring consistency
across the organization;
Assist the Growth team with strategic partnership solutions' suggestions;
Ensure timely and accurate communication with partners, including regular status
updates, contract renewals, and resolving any partner-related issues;
Track and analyze performance metrics for partners, reporting progress and
identifying areas for improvement;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue
growth and customer acquisition;
Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded content with
partners;
Learn about the VTEX platform to better understand the benefits and paths that our
partners can follow.
About the Team
The Partner Manager Jr will work closely with the Core Alliances Team as well as
cross-functional teams within VTEX. The team's focus is on creating and
orchestrating Profitable Alliances for VTEX, empowering bonds with the VTEX
ecosystems, and driving insights for other VTEX Growth teams about relevant
Partner Solutions that can enhance merchant results.
Who you are
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
2+ years of experience in Partnership Management or Account Management, preferably
in a Paid Media context;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Fluence in Portuguese and English;
Advanced Spanish is preferred;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple
priorities simultaneously;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to think strategically and make data-based decisions;
Willingness to learn and evolve on the understanding of the VTEX platform and
commerce;
Digital commerce experience preferred.
