You must replicate the RED HOUSE teaching model in the school unit, in order to guarantee the excellence of the teaching-learning process, provide feedback that contributes to the constant evolution of pedagogical practices, to whoever is in charge, and dedicate oneself to the professional development of teachers accompanying the improvement of educational processes:Be co-responsible for the safety and physical integrity of students;Participate in training with specialists in specific areas (Language and Mathematics) promoted by the headquarters of RED HOUSE;Participate in supervisions with specialists in specific areas (Language and Mathematics) promoted by the headquarters of RED HOUSE  specifically for Elementary and Middle Years;Monitor the school routine on a daily basis, suggesting improvements that ensure the smooth running of activities and correcting any issues;Participate in the process of recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants (TAs), in order to hire the best professionals;Act in the teachers pedagogical environment, presenting the teaching system, school calendar, procedures and standards of the institution;Guide the activities of the pedagogical team, especially TAs and specialist teachers, on the necessary action with students;Foster the development of TAs, taking into account their interpersonal relationships with other school actors, students, parents, the community, through individual actions (performance evaluation, regular feedback, on-the-job training, formal and informal class evaluations);Monitor and follow up on the correct completion of the Student Calendar in the app;Supervise the TAs and specialist teachers planning to ensure that the RED HOUSE program and Pedagogical Guide are being followed;Monitor the work of TAs and specialist teachers, observing classes, monitoring student performance, in order to identify the need for development of these professionals and ensure that planning is being fulfilled;Hold fortnightly meetings (supervision) with TAs and specialist teacher for pedagogical monitoring of each class;Keep an updated record of fortnightly meetings (supervision), lesson observations, as well as feedback and defined development actions;Keep track of meal times, observing students specific diet restrictions;Review the Report Cards before sent to families;Address issues with students, when requested by a teacher;Approve Big Books fortnightly and request printing;Monitor the organization of classrooms, boards and toys;Follow the adaptation plan for new students;Monitor students´ entrance and exit times on a daily basis, ensuring that all is done calm and safely;Check and control students' allergies and special diets, ensuring that all staff are aware of these issues;Plan, monitor and run the pedagogical program of each room;Plan, prepare and monitor Winter Camp;Plan, prepare and monitor pedagogical outputs; (specific for K4 and K5)Perform other related tasks determined by the immediate superior. Education: Degree in Pedagogy Experience: 3 or 4 years of professional classroom/coordination experience;Work experience in a bilingual and/or international school. Languages: Fluent/ Native English Specific Technical Knowledge:School management;Competent Legislation;BNCC;People Management. Desirable Knowledge:IB Methodology Soft Skills and Values:Digital Thinking;Caring Profile;Interpersonal Relationships;Conflict Management.
