The People Data Manager is responsible for flow and maintenance of HR data, including managing transformation projects, and the day-to-day operations of the teams work. This person executes strategic goals and objectives with HR Data, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The People Data manager works to maintain smooth operations for the business cycle involving HR Data using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. Finally, the People Data Manager may provide direct input into the governance cycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of various business scenarios, and delivery of business value. The People Data Manager reports into HR Operations through the People Data Architecture Group Manager and works closely with IT to align technical solutions with business needs. The People Data Manager will have supervisory responsibility, possibly acting as coach and mentor to junior members. In addition, the People Data manager works with others at every level of the organization executing strategic imperatives. Together we do what matters.
