People Data Protection Senior Specialist will execute strategic goals and objectives for the People Data protection group at Avanade, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is key to the strategic enhancement of our Human Resources (HR) data management and protection responsibilities, within our HR Processes globally and our technological ecosystem. The People Data Protection team is responsible for the success of large transformations and key projects which ensure the success of Human Resources and Avanade. Senior Specialists will be responsible for managing projects, risk mitigation, escalations and ensure smooth operations of HRs People Data Governance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and management skills, along with an ability to lead training sessions and workshops for staff members.
