People Matters Senior Consultant - Employee Relations - HR
The People Matters Senior Consultant will be responsible to deliver our Employee
Relations projects in Brazil and across Latam. This professional will be our go-to
person to deliver our People Matters full scope and assure the Labor Regulations
responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work 2.5 days per week average on
our SP office in Brazil.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Ability to work in a fast passed environment, hands on profile, results oriented
and great communications skills and approach in managing conflicts, and sensible
data.
At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations role
Experience with Labor Regulations of Brazil
Bachelor's degree
Advanced English
Previous experience as Business Partner or Consultant is a plus
Spanish skills is highly appreciated
