Job Description Open Finance is a strategic initiative at Visa, which involves connecting individuals and businesses with banks, fintech players and other third parties, with the flexibility to use a variety of data and payment services. Our Open Finance teams are at the vanguard of transforming Visas business model to capture new payment flows. The Product Manager of Open Finance for Brazil at Visa will work across strategy, planning and execution, with a deep passion for Open Finance and the benefits it can bring across the ecosystem of participants. Given that we are a relatively new product area and have a start-up mentality, you will contribute to a wide breadth of areas which include product strategy, product road map and prioritization and developing new partner and client relationships. The Open Finance Product Manager will work closely with the Tink company and the entire OPF ecosystem to evolve regulation in the best interest of the costumer by developing the market. Successful candidates will be highly adaptable, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a doer mindset, preferentially consultant, and able to rapidly learn the business we are creating in Brazil. Responsibilities As the Product Manager of Open Finance for Brazil, you will work on all aspects of Visa s entry into the domain from strategy through to execution, acting as the focal point bringing together related functions such as Sales, Strategy, Government Relations, Marketing, Technology and Data Analytics. You will develop relationships with new partners and bring joint propositions to new and existing Visa clients. Specific areas of accountability will include: Product Strategy & Planning: Provide input on regulatory and industry developments, close monitoring and anticipating market trends, emerging technologies, and industry players. Provide expertise, insights and analysis to validate, enhance or re-direct aspects of the current Open Finance strategy for Visa. Translate the Open Finance strategy into a roadmap for the enablement of Visas Open Finance capabilities within the local regulatory and industry context. Develop a partnership strategy required to meet Visa Open Finance product and market goals. Develop local business requirements in close collaboration with regional and global teams and other key functional areas including risk, strategy and government relations. Execution and Go to Market: Work on partnerships with clients, fintechs, start-ups and consultancies Work with local, regional and global Visa teams, as well as external partners, to bring Visas relevant product and data assets into the Brazilian open banking ecosystem Drive joint product development efforts with partners by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, this involves being able to grasp functional and technical aspects of different solutions and combine them with partners solutions and capabilities to create market-first offerings Own and develop clear and concise product collaterals in order to document the products to inform and educate internal stakeholders, clients and partners Provide guidance and expertise for product and client facing teams and lead discussions with prospective clients on all Open Banking related aspects with specific focus on Visas solutions. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need A strategic vision and the ability to communicate that vision to both internal and external stakeholders Ability to engage diverse groups, including executives and share Visas vision and roadmap Work with cross-functional teams in an agile manner to achieve your goals and Visas goals The following are mandatory requirements: Minimum bachelors degree ideally, degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical bachelors degree Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field with Product management experience including, product conception as well as launching, building, and growing multiple products Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Technology and Data Analytics Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
