Description of activities: Our team collaborates closely with our engineers, compliance analysts, and our headquarters' Chinese engineers product team. We are seeking someone to drive our Brazil Fintech business forward. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the local Fintech market in Brazil and take responsibility for the user product design of credit products. Bring your insights into the Brazilian market and implement them within the product. Conduct continuous user research, AB testing, and formulate effective user product communication strategies. Mandatory requirements: - More than 3 years of product experience in the Fintech industry - International background would be advantageous - Strong communication skills and a willingness for personal growth - Payment Methods experience Experience level: Intermediate Work model: Hybrid, with a presence in the office 3 days per week Contract duration: Indefinite Languages: Fluent in English   International background , Fintech Industry, Strong communication skills , Payment Methods
