Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting. Provide timely and accurate information to address customer needs. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to contribute insights for product development and positioning. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings. Provide technical support to address customer queries and concerns. Product Positioning: Work closely with marketing teams to develop product positioning strategies, create marketing collateral, and participate in promotional activities. Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvement. Collaborate with the product development team to convey customer needs and preferences. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate product documentation, including manuals, specifications, and FAQs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering). Great experience as Product Specialist or in a related role. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features.
