Our House is looking for a very well presented and comunicative Host to serve as the face of the House by interacting with our Guests and ensuring they have a positive experience. You will provide a high level of customer service to VIP Guests, giving them personalized attention and resolving any issues they encounter during their stay at the House. Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Proficiency in basic computer skills Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with guests Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
