You'll innovate, drive, and deliver end-to-end hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. What youll be doing Recruiting exceptional A-players to join Revolut's rapidly-growing team Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer of choice Driving the offer process and closing candidates Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods What you'll need 4+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter Experience hiring software engineering roles (both IC and Manager levels) Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools Outstanding collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers Impeccable organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills High attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup Building a global financial super app isnt enough.
