Opportunity Key Responsibilities
What you will do:
To be an expert on the aesthetic and medical uses of Botulinum toxin,
Biostimulators and Hyaluronic acid products. Maintains up to date level of
knowledge of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators and Hyaluronic acid products by means
of regular and continuous review of information of own and competitor products.
Alignment between Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and Affiliates ensure local
implementation of Global Customer Education & Training strategy. Drive alignment
with Global and Local Compliance, Regulatory and Legal rules and requirements.
Accountable for planning & execution of training events in the Region
Country training plans, execution and follow up across the Region, based on
segmentation and targeting
KPIs settings
Agendas creation
Speakers selection, briefings and onsite support
Tracking and follow up
Leveraging Best practices across the region
Support product launches within the region. Work together with local affiliates,
GMA, GBU and Global Commercial Excellence team in the preparation and execution of
launch plans.
Identification, training and development of GAIN trainers in the Region.
Ensure each county has an adequate number of local trainers
Ensure local trainers have been properly trained on Galderma standards for
Education and Training
Create a Regional Faculty of Trainers, continuous coaching them and support in
their development through briefings, Train-the-Trainers meetings, live
demonstrations, hands-on workshops and anatomy masterclasses.
Support the development of GAIN Online Education platform. Based on the analytics
to develop and execute a successful engagement plan on an annual basis.
Work with Head of Customer Education and Training for content development and
support when needed.
Education
University degree.
Graduate training in Dermatology, Surgery or Internal Medicine (preferred)
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Advanced Spanish
Required Experience
Previous clinical practice in Aesthetics is preferred
Previous employment in an international pharmaceutical company for minimum of 5
years.
Experience and proven ability in a field based role with external customer facing
activities including leading and conducting of advisory boards, conducting
educational and training events
Knowledge of international regulations and GCP of medical device, pharmaceuticals
and cosmetic products
Experience in the compilation, analysis and dissemination of scientific
information
Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member or
leader of a team
Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to work
cross-functionally and cross culturally
