Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Daily operations management of the Organized Trade of the SPM1 Region. Implement
national ands regional sales strategies and standards. Target setting for the
sales team and KPI tracking.
Your Impact
As Regional Manager São Paulo Metro your scope would consist of:
- Analyze the sales indicators of the total region and by customer, making the
quarterly evaluations of the business plans and aligning the necessary corrections
to achieve the plan;
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions to maximize and optimize
results;
- Contribute to the development of an efficient demand plan;
- Control and optimize the application of all investment lines (on invoice / off
invoice), for all regional customers in all categories (foods and snacks);
- Responsible for delivering the AOP, respecting the commercial policies and internal rules of the company:
gross sales, contribution margin, NOPBT, numerical distribution, market share;
- Responsible for the qualification, development and motivation of the team;
- Manage investments, ensuring the best use of these resources in accordance with
company rules;
- Develop calendar of promotional activities aligned with the company's
strategies, managing agreements commercial (contracts) to guarantee the growth of
traded volumes, as well as to strengthen the commercial partnership;
- Support the team, periodically the credit situation of its customers, acting
proactively with the credit and collection department, and inform any financial
abnormalities of them;
- Ensure sustainable implementation of the Perfect Store program, every day in all
stores;
- Manage the percentage of exchanges, D&A and bonus in each of the clients
regarding their management;
- Manage all smart spending accounts under your responsibility.
