We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Product Marketing Manager to
join our founding Product Marketing (PMM) team at Rappi. This person will be
responsible for all product marketing efforts in Brazil, one of our strategic
markets.

As a pivotal member of our PMM team, you will collaborate closely with global and
local cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that
resonate with our local audiences and drive revenue growth by ensuring successful
product launches, scaling adoption of existing features, and accelerating product
action on local opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical
levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be deeply grounded in local
audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, operations, GMs,
product, and product ops. Youll profoundly understand our local business and
local audiences and have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus
with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with
senior product leaders. You will also thrive on analytics and set a learning
agenda for all projects that raises the bar for impact against engagement and
business goals.
Candidates for this role will be the first few regional PMMs to join our global
function at Rappi, making them founding members of product marketing at the
company. As a fast-growing team, we expect candidates to grow in role scope
overtime, where management opportunities are certainly a possibility (please note
theres no immediate headcount to report into this role).
You're excited about this opportunity because you will&
Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with
local target audiences.
Collaborate with product management to understand key product features and
benefits, problems, and opportunities to better serve customers.
Plan and execute global go-to-market strategies for new product launches,
including GTM marketing plans that encompass product positioning, target audience
identification, and communication channels.
Accelerate the adoption of existing products through strategic local lifecycle
marketing campaigns.
Conduct local market research to stay informed about local user trends/needs,
competitive landscape, and analyze local market data to identify high priority
opportunities and challenges to influence product strategy
Create and manage exceptional regional product marketing creative and collaterals,
in strong partnership with Global Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging
consistency across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with local GMs and marketing, global product managers, operations,
analytics, research, product design, product marketing, and other cross-functional
teams to align marketing strategies with overall regional business goals.
Establish individual OKRs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives
within ownership area. Then analyze and report on the performance of product
marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
We're excited about you because&
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA
is preferred, but not required.
8+ years of professional experience in Marketing or Product in a corporate or
startup environment.
Advanced English and Spanish are preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and
inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive
adoption and bottom-line impact.
Experience collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing,
Product, Design, Strategy/Ops) to build products or services for business
customers
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear,
compelling messaging and value propositions.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for
innovation and continuous improvement.
