DESCRIPTION -
"To attend customers prospecting visits by identifying requirements and
evaluating business and sales potentials, aiming expansion and the establishment
of business relationships.
"To conduct jointly visits with customers to Elekta sites, for the purpose of
technically demonstrating equipment, with users support.
"To search for preliminary customer records information in order to evaluate
business potentials.
"To visit customers in order to identify requirements and evaluate companies
potentials for selling ELEKTAs products and services.
"To prepare sales propositions for the equipment most suitable for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
" To perform guidelines and follow instructions.
" To submit weekly activity reports on each sales projects status.
" To achieve the sales goals established by marketing plans.
" To set activities and the weekly agenda.
" To manage the action of teams in the field, planning and controlling business
development.
" To plan, organize, and manage business activities in Brazil in the oncology
sector, developing business strategies and the definition and execution of
actions.
" To monitor the publication of new projects and public procurements in his
profession.
" To keep the companys CLM/Marketing Force system updated.
" To attend business fairs, congresses and seminars in the neurology,
brachytherapy and oncology fields, as promoted by Elekta.
" To Contact and follow-up leads provided by Marketing.
" To Manage customer data in Salesforce - Account, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks
and Quotes.
" Provide product information to customers using Elekta tools (Seismic, Outlook,
etc).
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Higher education, marketing knowledge regarding medical equipment.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the sales field.
Flexibility and abilityin negotiations.
Ability to establish good relationships with customers.
Multi-cultural experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish, available for traveling and holder of a domestic
driving license.
