Execute sales targets for region, and distribution partners along with key selling objectives. Responsible for delivering revenue and market share growth objectives. Generate and execute training programs and specify the brand with engineering firms and end users, Works closely with PMs and factory teams to drive execution of strategy and tactics to achieve business objectives. Develops a detailed understanding of local customer requirements for the product line(s) and provides input into future product specifications and product positioning. Provides feedback, information, market intelligence and recommendations to improve market penetration and orders growth. Maintains and updates competitive / geographical product performance analysis. Monitor results using a using LFBC and BI database and report performance during monthly and quarterly sales reviews; monthly forecasts, NBOs, performance against goals, plans and countermeasures for the next month and quarter. Ensure that customers are receiving the best post-sales support by working closely with our technical support team to maximize post sales experience. Deep knowledge in Electronics Brazilian market. Fluent in English People leadership/management. Selling results. Resource management. Stress tolerance. Strong communication skills. Experience in Sales and Business Development. Demonstrated ability to develop growth strategies and guide successful execution of sales strategies and new product introduction, including the development / optimization of sales channels. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment. Experience with Multicultural Leadership (commercial team) Available to travel for company business
