An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fragrance & Beauty Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team, in the role Regulatory Manager. Set within the Global RAPS Digital Centre of Excellence and based out of our offices in Sao Paulo (BR) or East Hanover (USA), your primary responsibility will be to people manage and successfully lead our geographically dispersed regulatory documentation team. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth and efficient flow of documentation generation, serving both internal and external clients alike. Likewise, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating document management plans, work allocations, processes and procedures as well as hiring. You will update and inform on documentation workloads, bottlenecks and enablers thereto with management, preferably bringing experience of having worked within the fragrance/ FMCG industry in a similar role. In parallel, you will work closely with the E-Doc Masters team, and together you will design, develop and maintain electronic regulatory documentation templates following in-depth training by the group themselves. You will also have the opportunity to support Global initiatives relating to Givaudans Digital Transformation journey. In this exciting role, you will: Successfully lead and people manage a globally dispersed and well trained regulatory documentation team. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of electronic regulatory documentation templates. Develop and run KPI reports to monitor teams workload and ensure a robust back up plan and business continuity Identify enhancements of existing solutions with the intent to support critical business needs. Have an understanding of regulations, data models and client requirements. Sound people management skills with hands-on experience of Microsoft Excel and preferably VBA programming. Experience of working with SAP is preferred. Strong communicator - Articulate and present proposals to senior management. Operate well in a multi-dimensional and rapid changing environment. Work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders. Process driven with a passion for continuous improvement and learning. You? Are you someone who wants to grow and shape their own world? Your professional profile includes: University Degree in scientific or technical degree, preferably in Data Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, Regulatory or Toxicology or related degree (i.e. Engineering). Minimum of 5 years experience in a documentation management role (within Regulatory Affairs or Product Safety functions in the FMCG industry is preferred). People management experience. Relentless & creative problem solver, who can deliver in a complex governance environment. Fast learner with an advanced experience of Microsoft Excel VBA and other software programmes. Have a get things done mind-set. Knowledge of the FMCG sector and data science. Ability to interact at multiple levels.
