Responsibilities: Overall contracts administration activities ( contracts deconstruct, contract kick-off meeting, routine notices, claims, variation orders and amendments, liaison with stakeholders) Advisory role (counselling to project team, assessment of rights, obligations, risk and disputes, highlight major commercial and contractual risks, support resolving commercial disputes and settlements Recordkeeping (securely archive all formal correspondence and contractual documentation) Risk Management (contract related issues) Support Construction Bid Management on new business opportunities Support Construction Bid Management and Procurement on TCI Agreements Support project team with project related claims Insurances polices and warranty bonds documentation check (w/ external expert support) and record of documentation Qualifications Completed degree in Law, Engineer, Administration or other similar Advanced English Advanced Spanish Experiencie with energy Experiencie with Contract Management Location: São Paulo BEWARE  RECRUITMENT FRAUD It has come to our attention that there are a number of fraudulent emails from people pretending to work for Vestas.
