Your Mission
Can you pinpoint an ineffective/inefficient business process when you see one? And
better yet, can you come up with ideas on how to make it more efficient and
effective? If so, we would love to have you join UiPath. We provide a foundation

using our Business Automation Platform. Whether the desired business outcome is
acceleration of profitable growth, cost savings, or improved employee and customer

automated workflows.
In the Sales Engineer role, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects,
customers and the UiPath salesforce. You will uncover the value that Automation
can bring to existing business processes, and to design new processes using UiPath
platform capabilities. You will help secure the technical win and identify high
value uses of our technology within our customer base by collaborating with and
orchestrating necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do at UiPath
Evangelize the Value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital
workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities
Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop
marketplace offerings and industry specific solution accelerators
Understand industry challenges, headwinds and the opportunities it creates for
businesses
Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution
footprint with our customers and identify desired business outcomes
Build and deliver industry specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects
and customers
Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently,
build a backlog of potential automation opportunities and quantify the value that
can be unlocked
Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to
channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings
Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team
Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to include continual innovation and
improved customer satisfaction
What you'll bring to the team
Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement
methodologies
Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers
Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a
technical and business audience
Bias towards outcomes vs. activities
Curiosity to learn and master your craft
Are coachable and willing to learn to adapt to a changing environment
A background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done.
Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid,
office-based and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are
