RSG Brasil Local: São Paulo/MG Client:  Manufacturing of plastic material products Position: Sales Manager Latam Main Responsibilities:   Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives shared by the Sales Management; Coordinate the sales network; Consolidate existing commercial relationships and develop new partnerships; Seek new customer contacts/opportunities, and reach the annual sales target Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers; Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profit; Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives. Ideal Profile: Previous commercial experience gained in the field of 3-5 years in similar roles (Manufacturing, Private Education & Healthcare); He knows the area well and is used to managing relationships with interlocutors in the sector; Advanced english/fluent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Natural leadership characterized by empathy and a practical approach; Highly motivated and target oriented Organizational and management skills.   Remuneration and benefits: Salary: CLT 20K a 22K to be commensurate with experience, company benefits will be assigned (car, smartphone, food voucher, bonus, reimbursement )
