THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Sales Manager for our Wellz - Gympass Mental Health
Solution team in São Paulo!
Gympass's innovative mental health platform, Wellz, provides companies and their
employees with affordable, personalized emotional health support. By merging
technology with a strong clinical approach, Wellz is dedicated to making quality
emotional health support accessible to top corporations.
Joining our team means making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial
environment and aiding in the transformation of thousands (and eventually
millions) of lives for the better. As a key member of the Wellz sales team, you
will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation of our sales strategy and
engaging with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders regularly.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead key meetings with senior leadership to prospect clients; Mainly HR
stakeholders;
Strategize, negotiate, and close business deals and strategies of sales;
Understand client needs and come up with solutions;
Collaborate with the Wellz marketing/branding team to improve the sales assets;
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity using our CRM for maximum
efficiency;
Independently create and deliver customized presentations and proposals;
Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff for all
new customers;
Consistently look for ways to innovate our sales process and product offering -
and collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams;
Train and engage the Gympass core Sales team on Wellz products;

WHO YOU ARE
Hunter approach:
Proactive, energetic, self-driven, with proven communication skills;
Previous experience with corporate sales experience, ideally dealing with sales to
HR;
Leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. Capable of influencing broad
audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals;
Advanced English;
Excellent lead generator;
Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills;
Teamwork-oriented behavior and partnership with business colleagues to achieve
financial objectives;
Adaptable and comfortable with a highly demanding and changing business
environment;
Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and
providing solutions;
Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and
influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.
