What you'll do This is an exciting internship opportunity to work with Viasat, an innovative telecommunications company! This position will support work fronts linked to Care and Sales Operations, interfacing with the Viasat Brazil and US teams. The intern will also work with partners who currently provide contact center services for Viasat. The day-to-day Preparation of reports Analysis of operational and business indicators and suggestions for improvements Opening of tickets for systemic incidents and monitoring and providing information for dealing with time in the USA Manage Salesforce access for contact center, Care and Sales channel partners by requesting or deleting access Support for resolving tickets opened by the Care Backoffice team for US team discussions What you'll need Currently attending higher education in Business Administration, Commercial Administration, Business Management, Marketing or Economics Ability to work at least 30 hours during the work week, ideal schedule would have you completing studies at night as the internship takes place during the day Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, mainly Excel and Power Point No prior experience is required. We welcome candidates who may be entering the workforce for the first time! Intermediate level English speaking and written Brazilian citizenship required What will help you on the job Have an analytical eye to extract relevant information from reports Organization and time management, as you will deal with multiple customers at the same time Excellent communication skills as you will have direct interface with internal and external customers At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience.
