We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented Intern to add
to the Life & Health LatAm Sales Operations team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.
About the Role:
In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's L&H Sales
Operations Team, covering the Life and Health Business Portfolio of Latin America
markets.
Your key responsibilities are:
" Provides Sales Operations with all relevant support within L&H for all
non-client facing activities including day to day administration of client
management tasks, contracts and correspondence records management and general
business support processes associated within Sales Operations.
" Provides Sales Operations with presentations, running reports as needed.
About the Team:
The Sales Operations team is a service focused team that process treaty
submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team and provides a first
point of contact for our client's administrative needs.
About You:
We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, with convincing
interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a
multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
Must Have:
Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary or related
fields. Graduation expected in 2026.
Advanced knowledge of English. And intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will
work on a regional team (Latin America).
Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
Knowledge of (re)insurance
