In this role you will supervise a team of assigned remote sales representatives in
the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales
support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and remote
sales rep follow-up. You will also monitor sales metrics and stay updated on
industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
You will have an important mission to develop and implement sales strategies to
drive revenue growth and market share, will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to maximize sales opportunities providing ongoing training and guidance on
sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Assuming this role you will:
· Lead and motivate a team of remote sales representatives to support their
selling of Medtronic's products and retention of end-user patients within an
assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined
territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
· Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
and market share within the medical devices industry, building and maintaining
strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
· Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the features,
benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and
other documentation in the CRM software.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business
expansion and improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing,
customer service, logistics, among others, developing meaningful relationships
with customers to encourage trust and loyalty and supporting the development of
assigned team members.
Must Haves
· Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
· Great knowledge about Office Suit
· Advanced English
· 3 to 5 years experience in sales and/or remote sales
· Knowledge about remote sales management tools (Salesforce.com / Salesloft)
· Experience as a team leader
