The Trip Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing educational trips for learners, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience outside the classroom. Responsibilities: Trip Planning: Collaborate with teachers and school administration to identify educational objectives for each trip. Research and identify suitable destinations, venues, and activities that align with curriculum goals. Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and necessary permits. Communication: Maintain open communication with teachers, learners, and parents to provide trip details, obtain necessary permissions, and address any concerns. Work closely with external vendors, guides, and facilities to ensure seamless coordination. Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety protocols for each trip, including emergency procedures and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with school policies, local regulations, and industry standards for educational trips. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each trip, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or educational goals. Track expenses, submit timely reports, and recommend adjustments for future trips. Documentation: Create comprehensive trip itineraries, including schedules, educational activities, and relevant contact information. Maintain accurate records of trip expenses, permissions, and evaluations for future reference. - Fluent English;- Bachelors degree in Education, Event Management, or a related field;- Proven experience in school trip coordination, event planning, or a similar role;- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions in dynamic situations;- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management;- Passion for providing students with unique and enriching learning experiences.
