The project:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Data Analyst for this fully remote
opportunity to work with a US-based client in
the Bank Investments services industry.
Responsabilities:
Design and implement effective data models using Power BI to support interactive.
Reporting and data analysis.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to
ensure high.
Performance and responsiveness of data retrieval.
Create DAX expressions to define calculated columns and measures that streamline
data
Processes Analysis.
Leverage Microsoft DevOps tools for code repository management and team
collaboration.
Collaborate with clients across various business sectors, understanding their
specific data
Needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Gather and understand stakeholders' requirements.
Communicate effectively with the database team to facilitate the creation of data
cubes for analysis.
Develop and present final reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable
insights
Requirements:
Proven expertise in data analytics and engineering with a focus on business
intelligence.
Extensive experience with Power BI, including data modeling and report
development.
Strong SQL skills, with experience in creating views and stored procedures.
Knowledge of DAX programming for advanced data manipulation.
Familiarity with data warehouse technologies, particularly related to cube usage.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively
with teams and clients.
Preferred skills:
Experience with Microsoft DevOps and other BI tools (such as Tableau or Looker).
Previous experience in the financial sector.
