As a Senior Expansion Operations Manager Manager, your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Deel's platform.ResponsibilitiesExecuting on the Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new marketsEnd-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementationCreating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data setsProblem solving and solution implementationProcess design and improvement, particularly for operations at scaleWorking with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvementsSupporting strategic goal setting and performance managementCreating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.QualificationsThis role is offered at the Junior Manager, Associate Manager, Manager levels based on a candidates demonstrated skills, track-record, as well as length and relevance of experienceHave 2 - 8+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environmentHave previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equityHave a solid track record of achievement - e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awardsCan break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution stepsHave a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize dataAre curious by nature and interested in making an impactHave excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishBonus Points:You're passionate about the future of workYou have advanced working knowledge of SQLYou love working with dataYou have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growthYou have worked in multiple countries, cultures, and placesYou like getting bonus points :)Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
