Using your business acumen, creativity, and financial skills, you will generate

we can improve. You will be involved in projects from inception to delivery, we

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Full FP&A exposure
Work with local business partners and reporting to our global finance team to
ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.
Monthly tasks such as preparing financial results, forecasting, analysis,
investigation, ad hoc queries and explaining financial results to key stakeholders
Prepare the annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and rolling forecast
Build and maintain financial models while working with the FP&A team to analyze
the P&L
Define requirements, build and maintain key dashboards
Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement within the FP&A Group
Communicate analysis and insights that allow key stakeholders to understand,
interpret, and apply financial information to improve business decisions and
achieve goals and profitability
Provide support to the FP&A team for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
deliverables
What you bring to it
3-6 years work experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, investment
banking, consulting, and/or corporate finance
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting related field
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken).
Excel mastery and proven experience in building strong financial models required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen
Strong communications skills
Project and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex
system and business environment
Ease of learning and adaptation:
we have the ability to change fast.
Knowledge of Google Data Studio is preferred
Experience in AdTech or AdAgency industries preferred
Experience in Netsuite and QuickBooks preferred
Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce will be a plus
