The OpportunityAs a Human Resources Operation analyst, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations, supporting internal client groups, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including record-keeping, benefits and payroll administration, vendor relationships, compliance, and talent acquisition support. Additionally, you will provide training and support to team members and managers on HR systems and processes.Responsibilities Provide operational support for internal client groups, including record-keeping, onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract management.Payroll administration with accounting knowledgeStreamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Manage benefits administration, including medical/social benefits, claims, insurance, pension, and allowances.Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with government and company regulations.Ensure accuracy of team members' pay items and compliance with HR practices and procedures.Provide support for HR/Finance audits and statutory audit requirements.Deliver training to team members and managers on HR systems, policies, and processes.Actively participate in global, regional, or local HR initiatives.
