Major Accountabilities of Position ª Responsible for leading information management scope of a complex (large or mega) project, reporting to the Project Manager / Digital Execution Manager. This includes development and implementation of the Project Systems & Information Management Plan, software selection, software implementation and associated resource plans to meet project contractual requirements and being a contributor to the development of the Digital PEP (Project Execution Plan) and the project integrated systems map. ª Engaged in project in pursuit phase (bid scope review) and endorses projects digital tools selection and digital execution strategy ª Responsible for delivering the information management scope of a project through the project life cycle (engineering and design, construction, commissioning and completions) ª Coordinates with all management and discipline leads covering all project functions to plan and oversee a projects lifecycle information management ª Management of the projects information management team and responsible for the projects information policy, strategies, specifications, plans and procedures ª Assures, through periodic reviews, that the projects data quality objectives are being met Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required Job Specific Knowledge: ª Demonstrated project management experience in leading Project Information Management scope for medium and large projects. ª Experience in EPC/CM industry and good knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes. ª Broad knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) lifecycle and related project execution disciplines, including engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management and commissioning. ª Extensive knowledge of capital project information management and engineering data management disciplines ª Working knowledge of typical capital project design systems, data and document management systems, project controls systems, procurement systems, construction systems and commissioning systems. ª Strong understanding and application of business drivers, tracking cost and schedule and using analytical skill to forecast trends ª Good understanding of proper change control processes and ability to ensure that they are understood and used by the project team ª Experienced in the development of Digital Project Execution Plans and Systems & Information Management Plans ª Experience with facilitating workshops, network forums, etc, in both a virtual environment and in a mixed conference room / virtual environment ª Demonstrated understanding of learning and knowledge management techniques and methodologies highly desirable ª Sound understanding of business analysis techniques and methods to extract requirements, document processes and translate business needs into functional outputs ª Demonstrated experience with working with technical solutions experts to translate functional requirements into robust fit-for-purpose technical solutions. ª Knowledgeable in data-centric execution ª Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment ª Passionate about helping others. ª Interested in interfacing with people globally Education  Qualifications, Accreditation, Training ª Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. ª Knowledge of Scrum/agile methodologies is advantageous. ª Minimum 15 years experience delivering digital solutions in the resources industry, with 12+ years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience. HSE Capability: ª Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant One-Way systems ª Assure compliance of all HSE systems, processes and procedures through the training, competence, and performance of all personnel (Worley and others) ª Achieve the objectives of the Zero-Harm vision through proactively implementing actions and/or corrective or mitigating actions, and by maintaining an overall knowledge and awareness of the work-place environment (operations, layout, hazards, risks, concurrent activities, personnel, etc.) ª Role-model a commitment to personal well-being and a pro-active approach to continuously improving health, safety and environmental performance IT Skills: ª Advanced skills in Microsoft Office  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power suite (including Power BI) and ability to design, retrieve data, and produce dashboards using Microsoft Office tools ª Understanding of content management ª Ability to learn new systems in an autonomous fashion ª Expert understanding of broader systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to teach and help others. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools. Leads and plans activities to communicate and implement project information management strategies and plans. As and when required, supports strategic business improvement initiatives and the development of associated stakeholder management and communications plans. Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to senior stakeholders. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritize workloads, and help other team members to achieve team goals ª Action Orientation: Makes independent decisions and recommendations in managing project scope. Flexible Working Arrangement ª This is a project role that may require outside normal business hours meetings on occasion. ª Some travel may be required on as needed basis but limited  the majority of collaboration is achieved using MS Teams, Yammer, and Outlook. Authority / Freedom to Act / Decision Making (Including Budgetary Responsibility) Extent of Guidance or Control: ª Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Makes independent decisions and recommendations while managing multiple functional disciplines, one larger functional discipline, or a significant size project. Decisions are for long-range planning, coordination, and technical decisions that can be either specific and/or far-reaching. Impact of Decisions on Results: ª N/A Position Significance Relative to Total Organization: ª Typically has indirect as well as direct reports. Assigns project work and gives technical guidance to people assigned to work on medium to large sized projects. Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy. Makes decisions as to the selection, training, discipline, and remuneration of staff.
