- Test Development: Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage for our software products. - Quality Assurance: Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects and ensure software quality. - Bug Identification: Identify, report, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. - Test Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies and quality standards. - Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for early detection of issues. - Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements. - Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure software scalability and reliability. - Documentation: Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. - Test Reporting: Generate test reports and provide clear documentation of test findings and outcomes. - Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on testing priorities and requirements. - Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Possess experience in QA roles, with a strong background in test automation. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools. - Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
