You will spend your time...
" Partnering with Perfumers to design/ create fragrance solutions against Fabric
Home Care brief and initiative objectives
" Developing, driving, & executing olfactive strategies to support the success of
the Fabric Home Care regional/category business
" Utilizing existing experience in product/ fragrance development
" Learning, leveraging, and applying innovative technologies in Fabric Home Care
" Managing fragrance selection and identifying new winning themes for incoming
briefs
" Knowing how to effectively screen down fragrance themes against project
objectives
" Ensuring timeline and budget requirements are met
" Articulating clearly project process from beginning to end, including having the
story telling skills to present to customers (internal/ external
" Strong project management skills, communicating with various functions
(perfumers, consumer insights, marketing, scent technology, commercial,
management, etc.)
" Leveraging potential cross category fragrance themes for Fabric Home Care
projects
" Leveraging IFFs Scent Portfolio for optimal efficiency in project work
" Willing to discuss and co-design consumer testing methods, questionnaires, etc.
and applying the output insights from studies into creative development
" Understanding the market trends and shifts, and be able to partner with
marketing on regular basis to share olfactive and brand knowledge
" Creating and facilitating olfactive/ fragrance trainings
" Ensuring personal development is a priority, aligning to IFFs category and
business objectives
