Submit your CV in English, and well get back to you!We invite a highly capable Team Lead with .NET + Vue.js experience to join our team and help us develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, who is an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US. Youll lead one of the two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project and will be in charge of providing support, ensuring collaboration within and between teams, and discovering opportunities for consistent improvement. Whats in it for you:Enhance your general knowledge of the fintech domain and boost your technical expertise across a wide range of payment processing business areasAdvance your level of verbal and written English through continuous communication with US-based teams, stakeholders, and the client Is that you?5+ years experience as a software developer or a similar role5+ years experience working on high-performing teams throughout the entire SDLCSolid understanding of the design principles, threading, real-time processing, SQL Server DB queries, and performance tuningDemonstrated experience in coaching, building developer teams, and ensuring standards are aligned with the best industry practicesExperience developing in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS)Microservices/REST API skillsStrong practical knowledge of .NET and Vue.jsDatabase experience (SQL)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsUpper-Intermediate+ English levelDesirable:Experience in leading, coaching, and training other developers to create a positive work cultureExperience performing peer performance reviews and providing constructive feedbackKey responsibilities and your contributionYoull be leading your team throughout the entire SDLC, all while staying hands-on with coding. Youll be involved in the staffing process, onboarding new members, and helping them get comfortable in their new roles.
