Digibee is an iPaaS that scales integration workflows while reducing cost and
technical debt. Rather than require specialized integration experts, Digibee lets
every developer quickly build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations
across on-premise and cloud environments using a simple but powerful low-code
interface.
Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our
team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed
a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in
the United States.
About the role
The ideal candidate for this Senior Solution Architect role is a strategic and
trusted advisor with a deep understanding of technology and a passion for customer
success. You should possess a unique blend of technical expertise,
customer-centricity, and strong communication skills. Also, you should be a
problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, fostering knowledge
sharing and continuous learning within the team while actively shaping the future
of Digibee's product offerings through their deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Advisor:
Serve as a strategic and trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of customers,
providing guidance that aligns with the long-term strategic goals of both the
customer and Digibee, while ensuring a strong focus on technical excellence.
Adoption:
build and maintain time-to-value mappings and roadmaps, with a keen eye for
optimizing solution implementation efficiency. Ensure the rapid delivery of value
to customers while upholding the highest standards of technical integrity.
Customer Enablement:
Expertise in customer enablement including technical training, boot camps,
hackathons, and guided sessions.
Architecture:
Architectural outlines should consistently reflect high-quality designs that cater
to the needs of senior IT stakeholders within customer organizations. Your
solutions must align with customer objectives while upholding scalability,
reliability, and customer satisfaction as paramount goals.
Collaboration:
Will play a vital role in fostering collaboration among internal teams, such as
Engineering and Support. Handling escalated issues and contributing to product
development are essential responsibilities. Additionally, may participate in
discussions with the sales team to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities for
existing customers.
Customer Voice:
Will actively shape and influence product growth and scalability by designing new
offerings and innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction. Advocate for
customer needs is crucial in guiding product development and improvements.
Mentor and Knowledge-Sharer:
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you may provide mentorship,
guidance, and knowledge-sharing with less experienced team members. Your role is
to help develop the skills and expertise of your colleagues and promote a culture
of collaboration and continuous learning.
Repository Enrichment and Innovator:
Contribute to and leverage the knowledge repository, adding design best practices,
customer insights, and innovative ideas. This repository serves as a valuable
resource for the organization, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in
solution architecture.
Problem Solver:
will also be adept at solving problems. Should have a demonstrated ability to
tackle intricate technical challenges, create innovative solutions, and provide
guidance to your team and customers.
What youll need to bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant
field.
8+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role; Preference for 3+ years of
experience in a SaaS company.
Strong understanding of integration technologies and challenges customers face
with the adoption of infrastructure platforms.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and
execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
Experience in delivering on-site and remote training to partners and customers,
assistance with the development and maintenance of the training and workshop
material itself.
