JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive category
and brands growth.
Ensure the achievement of market share growth targets by defining strategic
battles and executing plans accordingly.
Lead and strategize trade investments to maximize ROI.
Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Collaboration and Alignment with sales team:
Liaise with the sales team to align and manage trade marketing strategies
effectively.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing
initiatives.
S&OP:
Lead the monthly forecast cycle in collaboration with the sales team.
Provide sales insights and inputs to optimize the S&OP process.
Price Management:
Track pricing strategies and collaborate with performance teams to ensure
disciplined execution.
Business Review:
Lead trade marketing discussions in business review meetings, providing insights
and recommendations.
Shopper Understanding:
Analyze shopper behavior by channel to identify opportunities for increasing
sell-out.
Select optimal assortments tailored to each channel's needs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree;
Track record in Trade Marketing;
Experience and knowledge about beauty market;
Brazilian market knowledge;
Intermediate English;
Sales experience (desirable).
