Sobre a vaga
Supporting the delivery of software asset management practice services to our
LATAM clients.
Provide point of contact for process-related questions or problems and facilitate
process-related meetings such as daily operations, Change Advisory Board, Problem
Review Board, etc.
Ensure contractual service support, in which requirements are understood and
managed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in delivery, adherence
to standard practices and continuous improvement.
Present operational and service level reports and explain service level support
available to internal or external customers.
Facilitate Unisys standard processes for essential ITIL functions.
Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends related to service level
compliance and operational effectiveness.
Provide training and guidance to functional teams to ensure process guidelines are
understood and followed.
Conduct workshops as necessary to identify, evaluate, and resolve process
deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intent and operation, and
ensure that the Organization and individual Associates understand SLAs and how
they contribute to customer service expectations.
Review trend analysis to drive proactive issue management and eliminate recurring
issues.
Work closely with service delivery managers to proactively monitor SLA performance
and report on them accurately.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
What we expect by you:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
combination of education and work experience.
Good experience in Software Asset Management and Software License Management,
software acquisition or IT asset management or Service Management.
Good knowledge of Licensing for one or more major publishers Microsoft, Adobe,
Oracle, VMware, IBM etc.
Must have a aptitude for learning on the job in particular around Software Asset
Management and software licensing
Knowledge of software asset management tools and processes.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.
Basic knowledge of ITIL V4 processes.
Good Excel skills.
Good analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English
Spanish desirable

this position is working from Home, however, for those that is living in São Paulo
and regions, it would be Hybrid.
