Job Description
Purpose:
To support the Business Development Team responsible for driving performance and
programs within Visa New Clients.
Assist our group to increase POS Volume, Revenues and push forward major
initiatives with existing clients. Requires strong execution and analytical
capabilities to work on problems of intermediate complexity.
Manage and execute projects and deliverables required to support Visa key
strategic initiatives and projects in the Global Client Performance and Analysis
function.
Support development client scorecards initiative, this is a key initiative with
visibility at the executive management level that will help Visa client teams more
effectively quantify and articulate the benefit provided to our clients through
Visa product and service offerings.
Specific responsibilities for this role will be to:
Prospecting, Negotiation process, and Implement New Clients involving different
areas inside Visa.
Understand the P&L of clients at Visa, modeling projections to address the better
offer to our prospects
Gathering and analyzing of available Visa solutions for the targeted teams and
products of each client.
Presentations development and client meetings organization.
Planning, implementation of management tools with various initiatives by clients.
Strategic Nature & Scope
Collaborate with all internal and external areas including, Finance, Legal,
Compliance, Products and Marketing, following the Visa policies and rules.
Analyze, review, and track all documentation requests to ensure appropriateness
and timely fulfillment and ensure clear communications.
Report status and metrics weekly to management.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote
and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set
days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in
the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree
(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years
of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelors Degree and MBA preferred.
Must be bilingual English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written, Spanish as a plus.
Expertise in Excel to work on Clients proposal.
Emphasis in customer-facing roles including business development, sales and
marketing preferred.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of issuer, acceptance and payment system business.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a
peer with the sales team.
