Job Desccription:
Guarantee the best products and line up for LATAM markets with a consistent
strategy among the region.
Keep line up & strategy consistency across LATAM region
Guarantee consistent and optimized line up/products (versions, mix and key
content) for LATAM countries
CMM key person on Regional and Global executive meetings with Markets, Planning
Office, MZK and M&S
Propose/Validate products Business Equation (price positioning, volume, mix, VME
and FMI), aligned with Country Brands, during life cycle;
Negotiations with PMO (OPD/RPM) on key programs milestones to approve best
Business Equation (price positioning, volume, mix, VME and FMI) for the markets
Participation on key product meetings with executives (PSPM, PSPR, Plant
Committees, PPP)
Lead LATAM Launch Committee
Lead product briefing process for regional campaigns
Track/ manage vehicles P&L and support Markets on actions to improve financial
results
Focal point for Countries, NML, RPM, OPD, PEC and other LATAM areas
Knowledge/Skills:
Marketing processes (product, price, distribution, and advertising);
Commercial processes (sales, dealer network, commercial actions and finance);
Program management
Experience:
Desirable minimum of 10 years in the role (Product, Product Marketing and
Commercial Planning) and on Automotive industry;
Previous experience with team management/supervision.
Education:
Engineering, Administration, Economics
Languages:
Advanced English and Spanish level are mandatory.
