Responsibilities The Opportunity The key objective of this function is to guarantee an alignment between business decisions and Procurement strategy. The role will also lead our people transformation agenda under the Procurement Excellence pillar which includes but not limited to programs like Supplier Performance Management, Digital Acumen, ESG (PEP+ agenda). This position will be responsible for leading the portfolio of Innovation and Produtivity agenda in Procurement for Salty and Foods, including the Transformational Projects (PMO for all projects), Supplier Innovation, Open Innovation (new technology, new products) and direct people leadership. Your Impact As Sr Procurement Manager your scope would consist of: (1) Innovation: - Leadership in the innovation strategy (End to end value-chain, competitor benchmarking, and product specific); - Build a strong relationship with the internal clients ( Innovation, Mkt, Manufacturing; Supply Chain, Procurement Direct, R&D,Quality, etc); - Open communication with the LATAM and Global team , also with the MSO in order to bring and share best practices; - In a challenging environment, act as a change agent to improve the process; - Participate of KPIs results meetings to identify opportunities with the team; - Develop close working relationships with Suppliers to support innovation; - Act as strategic partner to category leaders in defining procurement strategy, holding a holistic view of the business strategic objectives and its implications in purchasing; - Guarantee alignment between categories' strategies and other business priorities (e.g., PEP+ agenda, innovation, sales volume expectations); - Boost innovation effort within suppliers and among categories, being responsible to discuss and approve innovative ideas with different stakeholders. (2) Procurement Excellence: - Lead SPM (Supplier Performance Management program); - Lead Digitalization journey; - Lead SRM (Supplier Relationship Management program); - Lead Pep+ Agenda, included diversity & Inclusion agenda internally and with suppliers; - Lead people development programs and trainings within the PBF MSO team/leadership People Management: Transformation agent to take OHS results to higher levels and champion PBF; - MSOs Talent Retention strategy. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? - Degree in Administration, Engineering , Economy or Finance. MBA and Pos Graduation preferred; - Experience in consumer companies with potential to continue to advance within the GP organization; - English & Spanish skills; - Experience in leading and working on a matrix organization (multi-functional and multi-cultural teams); - Experience in formulating strategy, planning, problem solving, project management while operating in a dynamic and outcome oriented environment; - Best Practices: Knowledge of procurement (internal WoW and external perspectives and trends) best practices to guide thought leadership and ensure effective procurement strategies; - Competitive Analysis: Knowledge of sources for competitive analysis including supplier and industry data to build competitive intelligence, inform business planning and optimize decision-making. Includes the ability to create and analyze industry cost models in order to assess suppliers' competitive capabilities; - Strategic Sourcing Strategy: Knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies by commodity, product, service to ensure that formal supplier agreements activate the elements of the sourcing strategy and support delineated performance standards. Includes the ability to create selection criteria to qualify suppliers for the bid process; - Highly Collaborative - within Global Procurement and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and team building; - Strong tactical execution, executive presentation, and financial analysis skills.
