This internship is for MBA students and follows the summer internship model and
timeline adopted by North American and European universities

Product Managers (PM) at Amazon invent new products and features on behalf of
customers. PMs work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to
execution, develop business models and marketing plans, define and analyze success
metrics, manage strategic projects, and own the product end-to-end. PMs ultimately
become general managers responsible for running large business segments and

Key job responsibilities

" Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable
impact across multiple organizations
" Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and
outside of your organization to deliver
" Report on objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified
with metrics
" Write high quality documents with customers, internal/external teams, and
engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority
order
" Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure
to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or
documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from
third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review,
etc.)
" Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact
critical business initiatives
" Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs,
providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across projects
About the team
Per Return to Office (RTO) guidance, selected candidate(s) will be required to work in a hybrid model:
at least three days per week from Amazon corporate building GRU10 in São Paulo. (Learn more here:

- Selected candidate(s) for this position will be located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Selected applicants will be expected to relocate to their team location for the
duration of the internship.
- Role and team placement are based on business needs and as Amazon continues to
grow and flex, we are looking for candidates who want to own, build and impact the
customer experience rather than are tied to a specific role or team.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
- Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent masters level program at the time of
application with anticipated graduation dates between December 1, 2024 and
September 30, 2025.
- 3+ years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between
graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or
masters program, OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your
MBA or masters program.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
