The Role This position you will be responsible for lead the sales and promotion of OSI automation solutions including SCADA, EMS,ADMS, DERMS, analytics, and enterprise asset management software and all other products of OSI, to new and existing customers throughout South America electric and oil and gas markets. Specific, on-the-job training will be provided.Your Impact Provide leadership in the areas of strategic growth and market penetration of assigned customers and products. Define and implement business growth and sales strategies for South America utilities. Manage sales efforts and pursue sales leads. Manage customer relationships. Identify, qualify and pursue new market and customer opportunities. Contribute market requirements to the product development team. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in technical field. 5-8 years of experience in SCADA and energy automation marketing and sales. Acute business acumen. Strategic thinking and execution. Willingness and ability to travel. Established connections within the South America utilities. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Goal orientated with a drive to win. Able to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction. Knowledge of industry standard SCADA and software platforms. Strong organization skills and capability to work concurrently on multiple assignments.
