Participating on the development of new generation of learner and smarter subsea equipment, throughout Computing analysis. Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production. Partner with the best The Structural Analysis Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer documents and specifications, and interface with different areas of the company to design Subsea Equipment (Xmas Trees, Manifolds, Connection Systems, Structures, and Tools) including, but not limited to, 3D modeling and detailed design. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for: Conducting advanced FEA analyses to solve complex engineering problems. Working alongside senior engineers in FEA methods and practices. Writing and delivering technical reports and presentations that clearly communicate analysis results and recommendations. Contributing to FEA process improvement, including creating tools and new methods, developing best practices, and identifying areas for process optimization. Assisting in the definition and verification of internal and external interfaces Assisting in geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) analysis Contributing to team technical/commercial design reviews Contributing to Intervention, Inspection, maintenance, and repair strategy definitions Maintaining awareness of the companys Technical Assurance program Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Have experience as a Design Engineer/Structural Analysis Engineer. Have solid experience in structural and mechanical analysis in ANSYS. Be fluent in (or have an advanced understanding of) English Have experience in designing and modeling (Creo, AutoCad) is desired. Have experience with mechanical instrumentation (strain-gauges, LVDT etc) and data acquisition hardware and software, performance tests and data analysis. Be proactive, have excellent communication skills and ability to influence others. Have knowledge about subsea, Oil and Gas Products would be seen as an asset, but its not required. Have the ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and manufacturing processes Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills Have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently Have good analysis and problem-solving skills Be available to travel up to 30% of your time Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
