broader recruiting organization and help the recruitment team meet their goals.
Challenges like a last-minute scheduling swap or an interview panel spanning
multiple time zones dont faze the folks in Talent Operations. Instead, they are
motivated by complex situations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
simultaneously.
Schedule role-specific remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our
vibrant Thoughtworks community.
Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers
to become great interviewers.
Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where
applicable.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure optimal prioritization of candidates
pipeline.
Ownership of a great candidate experience through proactive and consistent
communication during the recruiting process.
Play an active role in achieving Thoughtworks W+UGM hiring goals by curating
diverse interview panels that provide inclusive interview experiences for
candidates.
Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the
distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment.
Technical Skills
Advanced english.
Know how to prioritize and make scheduling complicated interview panels look easy.
Effective collaboration with candidates, interviewers, recruiters and other key
stakeholders.
